Mr. Manoj brings over 35 years of distinguished leadership experience across operations, strategic management, business consulting, and BPO/KPO services. He has successfully led large-scale onsite and offshore delivery models, building high-performing teams and driving sustainable business growth.
An alumnus of NIT Warangal (B.Tech, Computer Science Engineering – 1990 batch), he is a former Senior Management at TCS, where he played a pivotal role in enterprise delivery, client engagement, and global operations management.
With deep expertise in organizational strategy, transformation initiatives, and governance, he continues to provide strategic direction and mentorship to leadership teams.
Mr. Biswojit is a seasoned technology leader with over 19 years of international experience across multiple domains of information technology. Based in Sydney and a New Zealand citizen, he brings a strong global perspective to leadership and innovation.
He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Auckland and has built his career by delivering scalable enterprise solutions and solving complex operational challenges.
As CEO & Managing Director, he defines organizational vision, drives operational excellence, and leads sustainable growth through strategic leadership.
Mr. Ratan brings over 20 years of rich experience across Tata Group and Mahindra & Mahindra. He spent 7 years in product development at Tata Group and 9 years in quality assurance at Mahindra & Mahindra.
He later expanded his leadership into bio-fuels projects and agriculture, driving sustainable and impact-driven initiatives.
A recipient of Governor, National, and Global awards, he is recognized for his contributions to business leadership and social impact.
Mr. Manoranjan Panda is a seasoned technology strategist with over two decades of experience in enterprise architecture and database leadership across global organizations.
An MBA in Information Technology from the University of Pune, he has held senior roles at Whirlpool, Verizon, and Maybank.
He drives organizational direction and ensures strategic initiatives are executed seamlessly through structured leadership.
Mr. Suresh is a seasoned delivery leader with over 19 years of experience across Healthcare, Telecom, and Banking domains.
An NIT Warangal alumnus, he leads end-to-end product implementation ensuring seamless and high-quality execution.
